REFUNDS &CANCELLATION

How billing, cancellation and refunds work for AI Extensions Pro — the monthly subscription for Quill AI, ProofAI and PageMind. Plain terms, no fine print.

// 01WHAT YOU’RE BUYING

AI Extensions Pro is a monthly subscription that raises the daily AI request limit of the Quill AI, ProofAI and PageMind Chrome extensions. It is a digital service delivered instantly: your license key is emailed right after payment, and Pro works as soon as you paste it into an extension’s settings.

// 02BILLING

  • /Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. The price, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout.
  • /Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • /If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and the new price only takes effect from your next renewal.

// 03CANCELLATION

Cancel anytime from the link in your purchase or renewal email, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the extensions return to the free daily limits.

// 04REFUNDS

  • /FIRST PAYMENT — If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • /RENEWALS — Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel and haven’t used Pro since the renewal, ask within 48 hours and we will refund it.
  • /SERVICE PROBLEMS — If Pro stops working because of a problem on our side and we can’t fix it within 3 days, we will refund the current month.

To request a refund, email us with the email address used at checkout (and your order ID if you have it). Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

// 05FAIR USE

Pro includes a generous daily request limit shared across the three extensions. License keys are for your own use: keys that are shared publicly, resold, or used for automated bulk access may be disabled without a refund.

// 06FREE PLAN

The free daily limits need no payment or account. We may change the free limits over time; the extensions will always keep working with your own OpenAI API key.
