Terms and Conditions (Client Work)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern how GrowYourWebs provides freelance web development and design services. By hiring or working with me, you agree to the following:
1. Services
Work will be carried out as agreed in the proposal, email, or contract. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require extra fees and time.
2. Timelines
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or changes from the client may extend delivery dates.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before starting the project. Typically, a percentage upfront (e.g., 30–50%) is required, with the remainder due on completion. Work may be paused if payments are not made on time.
4. Revisions
Projects include a limited number of revisions (usually 2–3 rounds, depending on the agreement). Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. The client is responsible for securing rights to any materials (text, images, logos) provided.
6. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables belong to the client once full payment is made. GrowYourWebs may showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Confidentiality
Any sensitive client information will be treated as confidential.
8. Liability
While every effort is made to deliver bug-free and functional code, GrowYourWebs is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or improper use after handover.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If terminated, the client will pay for work completed up to that point.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws in India.
